The Ensite System is an advanced mapping and catheter navigation system, capable of displaying cardiac electrical activity is waveform traces and as dynamic three-dimensional iso potential maps of the cardiac chamber.
The contoured geometry of the three dimensional maps is based on the patients own cardiac chamber .Using the 3D map. the Ensite navigation system displays the three dimensional position of conventional electrophysiological catheter.
When Ensite System is used in conjunction with ensite Array, the System can collect, store and display over 3000 intracardiac electrogram without the need to manipulate the conventional EP catheters in cardiac chamber
Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS) is a catheter based system that allows physicians to acquire images of diseased vessels from inside the artery.IVUS utilizes acoustic impedence of vascular structures to provide cross sectional image from inside vessel .
The IVUS catheter uses a transducer near the distal tip to emit and receive high frequency ultrasound IVUS provides detailed and accurate measurements of lumen and vessel size, plaque area and volume, and the location of key anatomical landmarks.
